What Are The Available Shipping Methods?

We use a combination of shipping companies with the lowest current rates to save you on the shipping charges. We might use a combination of PosLaju, Pgeon, DHL, Aramex, TNT Express and some others depending on the total weight of the package and the destination of the receiver.

 

How do I track my package?

You will receive an email once the package has been shipped with the tracking number included. Typically, the package will be in the tracking system within 12 hours, but this might take longer depending on the shipping company’s load and/or policy.

 

Tax and customs duties

For international shipments, you are responsible for any tax levied or customs duties on the goods received. Please check with your respective country’s customs office on the amount to be paid before ordering in order to avoid any major surprise.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Standard delivery time within Peninsular Malaysia is 1 – 3 business days, while deliveries to Sabah & Sarawak might take up to 7 days.

For international deliveries, please expect your package to arrive within 7 – 14 business days. Customs clearance might increase this estimate, so please check with your country’s customs office for clarification.

How fast do you send out my item?

Typically, we will send out your item(s) within 1 business day, if they are in stock. We will notify you in case the stock runs out, but generally this will not be the case. Please ensure to fill in the correct address and contact information such as phone and email address during checkout to avoid unnecessary delays.

I have an issue with my package.

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We want every package that we sent out to be received in pristine condition. Please describe in detail the nature of the problem with the accompanying photos of the product(s).
